Yes - Havit sits in the upper tier of the Australian domestic and light-commercial market. CRI Ra80+ across the range, IP-rated options on every category, published dimming compatibility, and 3-year limited replacement warranty (subject to Havit's terms, handled locally). It doesn't replace specification-grade commercial brands on large architectural jobs, but for the bulk of residential and small commercial fit-outs it's a strong default.
Most are - but check the model. Havit publishes a dimmer compatibility chart per fitting; match the driver to your wall dimmer (TRIAC / 0-10V / DALI). The most common nuisance call is a dim that flickers because the driver and dimmer don't match - pick from the published compatible pairs and you avoid that.
Tri-colour fittings have a DIP switch on the back that lets you select 3000K, 4000K or 5000K at install - one SKU for the whole house. Fixed-temperature fittings come in one colour only. Tri-colour is the default now for most domestic fit-outs; fixed-temperature is preferred where colour rendering matters most (high-end retail, commercial galleries).
Yes - full Havit catalogue is available to special order. Send us the SKU or model code and we'll quote with a realistic ETA. See our [special orders page](/pages/special-orders) for the process.
Yes - Havit publishes drivers for both DALI and 0-10V across the relevant ranges. For a commercial spec, ask us for the matching driver and we'll cross-check the control system before quoting.

Three things that matter on the install:
Most current-generation Havit downlights are tri-colour - a DIP switch on the back lets you set 3000K (warm), 4000K (neutral), or 5000K (cool) at install. One SKU covers the whole fit-out:
For the full background on which temperature to use in which room, see our LED downlight colour temperature guide.

For pricing and stock on any specific Havit SKU, call the counter - we hold the most-specified parts and can source the rest within a few days.
Havit's exterior range carries proper IP and marine-grade ratings. Quick guide:
Salt corrosion is the #1 failure mode on exterior lighting near the coast. Specifying marine-grade up front saves a callback in 18 months.
Compliance note
Electrical work in Australia must be carried out by a licensed electrician under AS/NZS 3000. Lighting circuit design, RCD protection, and bathroom-zone IP requirements all fall under the standard. We supply the fittings; install and certification is your call.
