Ceiling Fans

Ceiling fans across AC and DC motors, with and without integrated LED light kits, in blade spans from around 36 inch up to 56 inch, in timber, ABS and aluminium blades.

Blade span does more for comfort than motor size — a larger span moves the same air at a lower speed, which means less noise. DC motor fans draw noticeably less power, run quieter at low speed and usually include a remote. Check the ceiling height and required blade clearance before settling on a model, and allow for a drop rod on raked or high ceilings. Pick up from the North Parramatta trade counter or have it sent out — Mon–Fri 6:30am–5pm, Sat 7:30am–1pm.
