Where it's used 16mm SDI black is used as the neutral conductor on consumer mains and sub-mains where the installation method calls for the additional insulation layer — runs through wall cavities, between meter and main switch, and switchboard tails where mechanical risk is present. Common pairing with 16mm SDI red on traditional Australian wiring schemes.

If a product develops a fault during use within the manufacturer’s warranty period, contact us and we’ll assist with the warranty claim. Customer pays return freight to ARCK or the manufacturer’s service centre. Where the fault amounts to a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, ACL rights override the manufacturer warranty path and we deal with the matter directly.
