Same-day dispatch on orders paid before 12 PM (subject to stock availability). Standard delivery 1–15 business days from payment confirmation. Most metro orders arrive within 1–4 business days.

Delivery options

• Branch pickup — FREE. Collect from 589 Church Street, North Parramatta NSW 2151. Mon–Fri 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, Sat 7:30 AM–1:00 PM. Select Pickup at checkout.
• Metro delivery — from $19.90 per parcel up to 25 kg cubic weight.
• Oversize / pallet / remote areas — quoted at checkout or on request.

Restrictions

• No deliveries to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
• Conduit and cable duct are available for Sydney Metro delivery only and require a freight quote before checkout.
• Some oversize or heavy items are pickup-only or special-quote freight only.

Damage in transit

Inspect goods on arrival. Contact sales@arckelectrical.com.au within 5 business days of delivery with photos so we can lodge a freight claim and arrange replacement or refund.

30-day change-of-mind returns + 5-day DOA cover. ARCK pays return freight for dead-on-arrival items.

Dead On Arrival (DOA) — 5 days

If a product doesn’t function correctly the first time it is energised, contact sales@arckelectrical.com.au within 5 days of delivery with photos or video. ARCK pays return freight and will replace or refund.

Faulty after use — manufacturer warranty

If a product develops a fault during use within the manufacturer’s warranty period, contact us and we’ll assist with the warranty claim. Customer pays return freight to ARCK or the manufacturer’s service centre. Where the fault amounts to a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, ACL rights override the manufacturer warranty path and we deal with the matter directly.

Change of mind — 30 days

• Unopened, unused, in original packaging with all components.
• 20% restocking fee applies to refunds — waived if you choose store credit.
• Original delivery charges are not refundable; return freight at customer’s expense.

Items NOT eligible for return

• Cable, conduit, cable duct and any product sold by the cut length or metre.
• LED strip lighting cut to a customer-specified length.
• Custom-cut, custom-made, or specially ordered items.
• Discontinued, clearance or end-of-line products.
• Items that have been installed, energised, modified, or had original packaging discarded.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for hygiene reasons.

How to return

1. Email sales@arckelectrical.com.au with your order number and reason. Attach photos/video for fault claims.
2. We’ll respond with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Do not send goods back without an RA number.
3. Pack securely in original packaging with all components. Mark the RA number clearly on the parcel.
4. Refunds processed within 10 business days of approval.
