Damage in transit
Inspect goods on arrival. Contact sales@arckelectrical.com.au within 5 business days of delivery with photos so we can lodge a freight claim and arrange replacement or refund.

Dead On Arrival (DOA) — 5 days
If a product doesn’t function correctly the first time it is energised, contact sales@arckelectrical.com.au within 5 days of delivery with photos or video. ARCK pays return freight and will replace or refund.
Faulty after use — manufacturer warranty
If a product develops a fault during use within the manufacturer’s warranty period, contact us and we’ll assist with the warranty claim. Customer pays return freight to ARCK or the manufacturer’s service centre. Where the fault amounts to a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, ACL rights override the manufacturer warranty path and we deal with the matter directly.
Change of mind — 30 days
- Unopened, unused, in original packaging with all components.

- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for hygiene reasons.
How to return
- Email sales@arckelectrical.com.au with your order number and reason. Attach photos/video for fault claims.
- We’ll respond with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Do not send goods back without an RA number.
- Pack securely in original packaging with all components. Mark the RA number clearly on the parcel.
- Refunds processed within 10 business days of approval.
