If a product doesn’t function correctly the first time it is energised, contact sales@arckelectrical.com.au within 5 days of delivery with photos or video. ARCK pays return freight and will replace or refund.
If a product develops a fault during use within the manufacturer’s warranty period, contact us and we’ll assist with the warranty claim. Customer pays return freight to ARCK or the manufacturer’s service centre. Where the fault amounts to a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, ACL rights override the manufacturer warranty path and we deal with the matter directly.
