LED downlight kits are the fastest way to light a new build, renovation or retrofit — each kit ships as a complete unit with the LED, driver and housing matched and ready to install. ARCK Electrical stocks dimmable, fixed and tri-colour (selectable CCT) downlight kits from leading Australian brands, in standard 90mm cut-out sizes and architectural fittings.

What to check before you buy:

• Cut-out size — most residential kits use a 90mm ceiling cut-out; confirm against existing holes for retrofits.
• Colour temperature — tri-colour kits switch between warm (3000K), neutral (4000K) and cool (5700K) on the fitting, so you can standardise stock across jobs.
• Dimmable — confirm the kit is dimmable and matched to a compatible trailing-edge dimmer.
• IC-4 / fire-rated — choose IC-4 rated kits where fittings sit under insulation, and fire-rated kits for ceiling compliance.
• IP rating — use IP44 or higher in bathrooms, eaves and other damp areas.
