Arc flash PPE

Switching coats, faceshields, helmets, balaclavas, hoods and gloves rated by arc thermal performance (cal/cm²) and hazard risk category — from CAT2 (12–14 cal/cm²) up to HRC4 (40 cal/cm²+) vented-hood kits for live switching.

Insulated gloves, mats & covers

Insulated rubber gloves from Class 00 (500V) through Class 0 (1000V) to Class 4 (HV), to AS/NZS 2225 / IEC 60903, with glove kits, liners and storage bags. Insulated mats and blankets to IEC 61111/61112, plus busbar and line covers for safe isolation of live parts.

LV & HV rescue kits

1000V-rated low-voltage rescue kits, high- and low-voltage rescue hooks and crooks, switching and disconnect sticks, and fuse pullers for safe live-line isolation and casualty rescue at the board.

Lockout / tagout & testing

Dielectric padlocks, hasps, MCB, plug and cable lockouts and complete LOTO kits for safe isolation under AS/NZS 4836 procedures, plus proximity voltage testers and detectors.

Compliance: electrical-safety PPE must be inspected, tested and re-certified at the intervals required by AS/NZS 4836 and the relevant product standards before use.
