This Schneider Charge product is a wall-mounted charging station for all electrical vehicles compliant with IEC61851-1 standard. The IP degree of protection is IP55. The IK degree of protection is IK10. The operating temperature is between -30ÁC and 50ÁC. The output type is a 5m attached cable with a T2 socket-outlet at the end, installed at the bottom and top centre of the station. The nominal output power is 7.4kW. It is supplied in single-phase (1P+N). The rated charging current is 32A under 230VAC at 50Hz/60Hz frequency. It can be used with a TN-S, TT or IT earthing system. The charging station is easy to install (no special tools required). It is recommended for private use at home, installed in the garage or on a wall externally. The dimensions are (W) 244mm x (H) 352mm x (D) 107mm. Its product weight is 4.5kg (without cable). Its color is white (RAL 9003) and green. It is fitted with a built-in protection against residual direct current (RDC-DD as Residual Direct Current Detecting Device). There is no access control to use the charging station for loading an electrical vehicle. One LED is changing color between red, green and blue in order to indicate the loading status directly on the charging station. This one allows to adjust in real time the maximum power allocated to the charging electric vehicle, according to the consumption of the rest of loads in the house and adapt the load according to Off Peak/Peak hours sent by TIC. The charging station is connected with Wiser by the Schneider ElectricTM mobile application for residential energy management. It easily starts, monitors, and controls the charging experience remotely. The OCPP 1.6 communication protocol can be used to connect to the supervision device/third party cloud. It can also be connected to Internet home router, either through Wi-Fi or RJ45 Ethernet cable.

If a product doesn’t function correctly the first time it is energised, contact sales@arckelectrical.com.au within 5 days of delivery with photos or video. ARCK pays return freight and will replace or refund.
If a product develops a fault during use within the manufacturer’s warranty period, contact us and we’ll assist with the warranty claim. Customer pays return freight to ARCK or the manufacturer’s service centre. Where the fault amounts to a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, ACL rights override the manufacturer warranty path and we deal with the matter directly.
